  • ChefMozLobster is in your name but it is not your game. We went to the Red Lobster on Midlothian Turnpike (in Richmond,VA) last night and we ordered what we always order(African lobster tail) and we told the waiter, Jose, to positively make sure it was done(not pearly). We told him to cook it extra if necessary. Anyway they flunked the course. PLS shape the cooks up with extra training if necessary. Maybe they don't sell enough lobster to get the hang of it. It's a chronic problem.
