• Horrible hotel. Wallpaper is peeling, door doesn't fully close, carpet is dirty, bed is like a rock and the toilet doesn't work. Don't even get me started on the old TV set that has like 10 channels.

• I only stayed one night. The hotel could use a face lift but it wasn't terrible. It's a great location for the arch and a Cards game.

• The dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Keys and outlets didn't work. they were nice about changing our room when the 1st had stained sheets and hair all over the floor. 2nd room better but not clean.

• The staff attempted to provide good customer service but the room was dirty we had to switch rooms once and when they "freshened" the room they rehung are used towels. Yuck.

• NEVER EVER stay here...the room was horrible. First they didn't give us the correct room and then the room they gave us had wet carpets! GROSS!!!!

• Their parking garage is a JOKE! You have to cross the street Frogger style with your luggage (unless you want to unload and then park, stupid) and no ones keys seemed to work at the exit!

• Maurizio's is AWFUL and has NO customer service. The delivery guy cusses at you, threatens, and tries to fight you when he delivers your CORRECTED order. Don't expect them to get your order right.
