• I just returned from a dining experience at this wine bar and cafe. It was very disappointing. Two out of the three entrees were too small, ordinary, dull and overpriced. The waitress made a mistake on the price of a wine. She said that she would check it,thus indicating that she doubted me and returned with no apology and no acknowledgement of a change even tho' it had been taken care of. There were bits floating in the bottoms of two of the water glasses. The waitress's attitude was brusque and unfriendly. We left, leaving a 10% tip indicating our displeasure and informing the person at the front desk of our dissatisfaction. He managed a slight apology. I have never been previously moved to write a complaint.

• The food is exquisite, and that’s not the best part about Ursula’s. The wine list takes up three quarters of the menu, an incredible selection. The atmosphere is stylish and intimate, and the service impeccable.Although a little on the spendy side, it is well worth every dollar. Highly recommended.
