Baby back ribs & beef brisket. Tasty, but a bit dry. Go for the house BBQ sauce & the bbq shrimp.

Ribs, cornbread, and mac/cheese (good cheeses, if watery) fantastic. Brisket only ok. Great sauces (had all including the xxx) reasonably hot with good flavor. Portobello sandwich bit disappointing.

We love the famous "hybrid" style of Baby Blues - Memphis-style ribs with a sauce that hails from North Carolina. Plus it's even better when enjoyed with a Trumer!
