House of Prime Rib Reviews
The food is not modern, but boy is it good. The big booths, tableside preparations and amazing prime rib will transport you to a bygone era. Choose the portion, thickness and doneness of your prime rib, and enjoy all the fixings: salad prepared at table, creamed spinach, big baked potato and Yorkshire pudding--and seconds, if you can! You will feel very well taken care of.
Nothing!!! And bad service
by Duc Nguyen
If you are getting the King slice of prime rib, the baked potato might be too much. The mashed potatoes were a much more comfortable portion.
by Carson C.
The English Cut 👌

No matter what size you order, you can always ask for more
by Sophia C.
Fairly priced for a delicious meal. Great dining experience that transports you to the 1970s
by Amy Y
Too much meat!!!
by Oleg R.
Brasileiros não vão achando que vão comer um steak grelhado. A carne é a mais macia que eu já comi, mas está mais para carne cozida. Se espera um prime rib grelhado maravilhoso vai se decepcionar.
by Henrique Sapori
Bring your appetite. Very filling and delicious food.

Ultra hot horseradish with King Henry VIII. Don't forget creamed spinach!!

Get the standard cut and finish it- they will hook you up for more.
by Garry T.
A kind of delicious prime rib which is different from what I tried before. They give u sides too like Yorkshire pudding and creamed spinach.
by herm pugay
The service felt like they were trying to get us out as fast as they can. Prime rib was good; nothing too extraordinary. The sides were too salty and heavy.
by Sirma Suher
House cut, baked potato, creamed spinach, dirty martini, second slice
by Lauren H.
The House of Prime Rib!! Better than Lawry's The Prime Rib!👍 Hands Down! (Sorry Lawry's)
by Joseph K
The prime rib just melts in your mouth. The salad is tossed right in front of you at your table. The staff is excellent. Mashed potatoes is perfect. Great for group outtings. Valet is pretty cheap
by Alex T.
You want to eat like a king? Eat here. All you need to do is order the King Henry the VIII Cut. They'll take care of the rest.
This restaurant is 99.9% perfection. Service, ambiance, food are awesome. The Manhattan's can be a bit light on flavor. Just order a Blanton's Bourbon to go with your prime rib. 100% perfection!
Awesome meal! Just get the King Henry the VIII Cut it's only a few bucks more. If you don't finish it,you have left overs. If you do+want more you get a 2nd smaller serving of prime rib w/more sides.
The prime rib really is amazing. I couldn't finish the house cut, but it was only $2 more than the city cut, so it was worth a shot!
by Krista Vogel
It was good prime rib but don't plan on having a conversation. Really loud.
by Kyle M.

Prime ribs. Must get regular cuts. Do yourself a favor, Don't be cute and order three thin slices. That's not gonna be worthy of your hard earn money. Their cream spinach is superb!
by Martin D. C.
You don't need a reservation at the bar and can order from the full menu, get things like salad and baked potatoes a la carte, or just enjoy a cocktail and people watch.
by Nicholas Boos
Hiro Sone, chef of Ame, eats here on his nights off. He loves the House of Prime Rib cut.
by Chefs Feed
You don't get yer seconds, if you don't finish yer meat!

Really good prime rib! Though don't spect an steak, it's more like a roast beef.
by Valentin S.
The seating in the back and side rooms is quieter. Save room for dessert!
by Mary O.
Order the prime rib! :p seriously go for the biggest cut- it's only a few bucks more, great to have leftover steak and eggs for breakfast! Not the place to go if you are vegan or vegetarian at all!
by Keri M.
English cut = delicious. An extra slice and side of potatoes and spinich afterwards = awesome.
by Dan B.
Great food. English cut prime rib, leaner cut
Great prime rib! It's expensive but it's a place to visit at least once in your life.

Some people love Disneyland, Hawaii, Comic-Con...my favorite place in the world is House of Prime Rib
A great range of vegan tapas on their secret menu. Ask your server.
by Brett L.
Which I could say I loved it but the host was incredibly bitchy and seemed bothered by the customers. Not the best foot forward so, we moved elsewhere.
by Roman S.

Seconds not available with city cut. However, seconds are only a small, thin slice :( Don't fill up on bread! Enjoy the stuffed baked potatoes and try to ask for half and half creamed spinach and corn
by Kelly P.
English cut is the sweetest! Mashed potato and spinach over the baked potato or corn for sure.
by Jason L.
Only ask for half the salad dressing...trust me it will still be more than plenty and you will have a lesser need for the defibulator
by Reno M.

Had the English cut, really tender. Bread pudding for the au jus was really great. Easily the best prime rib I've ever had.
by Mitch L.
Don't eat too much bread or salad! Save room for Prime Rib, potatoes and Yorkshire pudding! Save room got dessert too! Lots to choose from!
by Melody F.
King Henry. That is all.
by Bret B.
Good meat. The various cuts largely relate to the size of portion rather than the cut of meat. If you are more used to European sized portions you might want to go for the meal without the salad
by Jonathan Y.
Literally one of the best meals o have ever had, and probably the best prime rib I have ever had! Also, the apple crisp was amazing; ask to have caramel added
by Ryan H.
Be patient. Even when you have a reservation, it could take another 25 minutes to be seated.
