Re: pho.. #11 (well-done flank steak) is just strips of fat & tendon, no actual meat. Gross (IMO). If you want slices of tender, delicious beef in your pho, get the brisket instead. Trust.

The name says it all, get some Pho. Everything's good, but you won't be disappointed with the noodles. Big bonus points for the super fast service. Only gripe is that they don't serve booze.
