• The have indoor or outdoor eating area. You order inside and sit yourself and they bring your food to your table. I recommend the Beef Brisket and Chili beans for the side.

• When you order brisket, they will ask if you want it lean or moist. Moist is a fattier cut, the lean is tasty so get it instead.

• If you are tired of Sam's, you may want to try "Ma's BBQ". Ma claims to have taught Sam everything she knows. UPDATE: Ma's BBQ is now known as "Ma's Restaurant"
