• Used to be a great place, then it was sold. New owner jumped food and liquor about 35%, pricing it too high for the quality of food. The "Joe's" style is no longer there, and it's like any other restaurant. I hope earnings increase as a result of this, but it will be without my patronage.

• New owners. No longer Joes Cafe, now Joes of Santa Barbara. NOT the same Joes. Food quality and service lacking. Too bad. REALLY DISAPPOINTING This place used to be the best. Skip it! 
