  • mmmikala reviewThis certainly is a gem in the Valley's dining crown. The staff is amazing and amusing, (they will even sing from time to time)the food is to die for and the wine list is just plain awesome and some would even say bizzare. Peter Kasperski and his team have put together a list with approx. 1100 selections that you just HAVE to experience. Just Do It !!!!!

  • do2success reviewI think it is one of the most creative restaurants in Scottsdale. Informal, comfortable, although the atmosphere/decor may be unwielding for some. If in the area, I always visit!

  • gordonwrogers reviewThis fine dining experience will knock you right out of your boots! You simply must try the Stetson Chopped salad. This signature salad is tastebud nervana all the way. Also sample from their very extensive wine list (3,000 selections, 225 varietals, 40 countries). Save room for a "Cuppa' Red Hot Chocolate" for dessert. Il cibo molto buono!

  • M W.Waitress knows her bar and mixology. Suggested a great mix that was not on the menu. She looked like Miss Arizona a couple of years ago !

  • M W.Bizarre experience . They " reserved " a menu option only for a large party. What restaurant ever does this ? They would be laughed off the New York City dining scene. Good salads entrees otherwise.

  • John H.Scallops and pudding... Wow. What a phenomenal meal. Scallops perfectly cooked with awesome crispy crust, risotto with roasted corn, bacon, red onion. Yummmm!

  • Phoenix New TimesThe Whack Mac and Cheese, featuring cavatappi noodles in a Brie, fontina, and béchamel sauce with rosemary, Spanish chorizo, and Cap'n Crunch-coated rock shrimp is anything but plain and simple.

  • Andrew C.This is the place to relax after a long day with a bottle of wine from their extensive list and deliciously paired menu.

    55555 by Andrew C.

  • Phoenix New TimesThe Testosterone Salad barely qualifies as a salad at all, consisting of port-charred beef, bourbon-soaked cherries, Maytag blue cheese crumbles and dressing and potato chips! It's mouthwatering!

  • Bachelor10Don’t eat too much the meal beforehand if you can. You’re going to want to have the Stetson Salad, some succulent meats, perhaps even the mushroom pan fry (trust us), and even save room for dessert.

  • Katana W.You have never had an amazing chopped salad until you've had this. The puerco dish is great, not a bad tasting bite here.

  • Stephanie A.Mushroom pan fry is totally overrated. Stetson chopped is great. Doughnuts were stale and cold. Haven't been here in 2 years and definitely went downhill. Too bad. Still good wine at least.

  • BestOfWe've been known to sup at one end of town, hop in the jalopy, and cruise over to the other end of town just to finish off the night with one or two of Cowboy Ciao's deservedly famous meal-enders.
