Wonderful meal and beautiful outdoor dining. Would definitely recommend.

Black bean meatloaf was great, as was the squash appetizer.

Güzel Amerikan mutfağı, yaş ortalaması yüksek.

Be warned that there are a couple cats that belong to the house/restaurant that roam the patio and will sit by you for a little once your food arrives. The black one is very friendly.

Had the lamb and it was delicious! Service was a little slow at first. Surprising since it wasn't very packed. Slow service aside, everything we ate was delicious and would definitely come back.

Harissa-spiced mussels, perfectly seared foie gras, juicy coffee-cardamom-crusted duck, and fork-tender braised osso bucco keep us coming back for more.

Can't leave without having the salted apple bread pudding

Foie gras duck tamales starter, salmon starter were excellent. Pork belly and caramelized onion stuffed chicken is to die for - this was chefs daily special.

Lovely outdoor seating. Great wine list and menu. Upscale casual. Dim lighting and super relaxing so you can just enjoy. Added bonus, 4 resident cats they care for, who scurry around, looking adorable

Great ambience, quiet under a patio. Well crafted new American cuisine. The lobster medallions were spectacular.

This was the best of the restaurants we tried this past Spring Training trip, service on point, Squirrel drinks FUN! and the food, was tasty and plentiful, large portions...

Get the salmon. The chicken is too bland and the lamb is okay.

Jordan is very helpful when you mess up your reservations. Very accommodating. Management! Hint hint! Give this young lady a raise.

Although the lush, flower-filled patio has its charms, the best place for Tricksters to be is invariably the outdoor bar, roofed and shaded by two towering old trees.

service is amazing. the menu constantly changes so it's nice to visit once a quarter. it feels like an english tea party when sitting outside.

Conveniently located in downtown Tempe, close the the Tempe Town Lake, ASU Gammage and the ASU Art Museum. We love the outdoor patio and bar. Save room for dessert - trust us.

House of Tricks has been named "One of the Top 5 Wine Bars in the Valley" and has been awarded the Wine Spectator "Award of Excellence". Everything on the menu is delicious. Save room for dessert.

Very relaxed and cool atmosphere. Good place for a light lunch with your honey. Get anything because it is all amazing but if you really need a recommendation get the grilled chicken sandwich!!! Yum!!

Great food for celebrating an anniversary or proposing to your gf.

Although Tricks has a decent cocktail list, wine is the way to go here, given the restaurant's eclectic 300-bottle cellar and its "Award of Excellence" from Wine Spectator for two years running.
by Phoenix New Times
Definitely sit outside and enjoy the lush, cool environment with a nice cold drink. On the dinner menu, House of Tricks also offers the best steak I've ever had.

Best dining experience in Tempe! 5-star food and a great patio! Try the seared scallops and seafood cakes! Pricey, but totally worth it! We went with another couple & walked along Mill Ave afterwards!

Watch out: the black pepper tomato bisque is very spicy.

What a beautiful place! Get the Wild Hog Zin - it's definitely worth the price. And with the bone marrow appetizer? It's like milk and cookies! Made to go together!

Went here during AZ Restaurant Week. 3-course meal for only $30 a person! Probably the best steak I've ever had. Make a reservation if you want to sit on the patio though.

Called the "Hours of Tranquility", their happy hour consists of relaxed pricing at the outdoor bar from 4-6 p.m. and tasty, casual happy hour dining options.
