  We used Legends Catering for a recent wedding. The food and wait service during the reception were excellent. However, their customer service prior to the day of...was horrible. We were not able to get phone or face time with anyone post our original tasting. Email communications was spotty at best. This catering service also serves Faquier Springs Country Club, which seems to take focus away from their original private catering business. You will get far more customer service doing business direct with Faquier Springs (using their facilities) than with Legends Catering directly. When I provided them with both postive feedback and improvement ideas via email, I, of course, received no response.
