Georgetown Cupcake Reviews
Non puoi trovarti a washington e non andarci. Amazing

No I didn't wait in line for a cupcake and no it not worth it.
by Rico E.
Stopping at Georgetown Cupcake in DC is a must. Along with many flavors they even cater to gluten-free customers.Enjoy a cupcake while watching the process from start to finish behind their glass wall
by Social News Network
Definitely not worth the wait. The only reason for the hype is the television show. Baked and wired is better and so is Buzz.

Yes, the line sometimes goes down the block, and yes there may be TV cameras rolling in the store, but even with the mayhem, you cannot come to M St. without trying these little morsels of sweetness.
A great place to pick up dessert, of course. Coconut is our favorite flavor.
Nice cupcakes ! Loved the place but I think it's a bit overrated :D
by Nouf A.
Don't be scared when you see the line outside of the store. It is worth the wait.
by Arnaud G.
There's always going to be a line. One cupcake is $3.03. First timer? I say get the red velvet-cream cheese frosting is to die for!
by Valerie T.
They have different cupcakes for each day of the week, and also a seasonal one, carrot and butterscotch are quite tasty...
Chocolate lava is the best of the chocolate options! Can't just buy one. Have to taste many! Yum

Gluten free chocolate lava was the best cupcake of my life and I haven't been GF very long! They are using some serious high quality chocolate in this place! Highly recommend!

Seriously? Waiting in line in the rain for a cupcake? Non. There's a Paul bakery on Wisconsin with much more delicious treats. Do yourself a favor and give it a try.

If you are gluten-free and want to enjoy a cupcake at Georgetown Cupcakes make sure to call ahead. It's no fun to wait in the long lines and leave empty handed.

Lots of cupcake girls not helping customers as the line built up... BUT as I bit into my Lemon Blossom cupcake all that annoyance melted away! Incredible cupcake! Flavor > pretentiousness!
by Agatha V.
The FOTD was Lemon Blueberry & decorated for Shark Week. Huge blueberries. More like a breakfast muffin. So worth the line (in rain) Loved the choc. coconut.
by Aimee M.
Great cupcakes! But don't settle, try Sprinkles and other options in town!
by Juan E.
The key is to order in advance to avoid waiting in the line.
by kim f.
Long lines, but if you watch the show, it's a must visit. Check them out on Facebook and Twitter for a free cupcake!

Skip the lines and place an order online for next day pick up! Cupcakes were ready and waiting for me :)

Round trip? 5 hours. For these cupcakes? TOTALLY worth it. Get the strawberry. It's pretty amazing. (4 of 4 petals via Fondu)
by Kevin P.
Tried these and Sprinkles. First, the ladies are sprinkles were MUCH nicer. Their cupcakes were good, just not as good as sprinkles. The red velvet cake was dry.
