• We love Mrs. Singh's cooking. The Chicken Tikka Masala and homemade naan is to die for. My teenage boys love the meat samosas and the mango lassi drinks. Yum.

• There is no 'red pepper relish' at this restaurant and there never has been. It is onion chutney, colored with paprika, tomato paste, Cayenne pepper, and perhaps food coloring. If someone is deathly allergic to red food coloring, why on earth would they consume something bright red that they did not make themselves?The wait staff at this restaurant are slow, and I have found that they don't speak English very well. The quality of the food, however, more than makes up for it. If you've never had Indian food before, take someone along who has your first time at this restaurant. This is, quite simply, the finest Indian food I have ever had. highly recommended!!

• My 16-year-old son and I ate at this restaurant, and were treated to slow service and an incredibly rude waiter. We discovered one of the ingredients in the red pepper relish which my son ate was red food color, to which he has a life-threatening allergy. There was food color in the white rice, too, which he did not eat. We have never encountered food coloring in a food which is red to begin with (red peppers), and are always careful to ask for an ingredient list. Our waiter was very reluctant to share an ingredient list with us, even after I explain the urgency of the situation. He then said we should have checked on their ingredients before we decided to eat there (!!!), which doesn't even make any sense. I slammed my money on the table, and hustled my son off to call the doctor. I've never had such a terrible experience with a restaurant before. I would never, NEVER eat there again!

• The place doesn't look like much, but the food is amazing.Portions are somewhat small for the price, but quite flavorful. Staff was un-enthused but good enough, and not offensive.
