I got to the window to order, and the lady was rude and obviously didn't want to be there. Then picked up my food, got back to my room and with my sons french toast they gave him zesty sauce instead of syrup. I called to let the manager know and she sounded like she hated her job as well when answering the phone. I let her know what happened, and she made excuses for the lady saying that she must have got them mixed up because she has so much time to get her customers out of her drive through line. Then I explained how she was rude, and again the manager took up for her and said she got robbed last night (something that isn't necessary to share with a customer). I work for a restaurant and wait tables, and regardless of my life outside of work, I never bring my problems to my job. Not one did they appologize or try to fix anything.

The mango smoothies are very addictive!!! The strawberry banana ones taste like CRAP!!!!
