We had dined at Sazerac on two other occasions in the past three years. We stopped the other night for an early dinner at 5:30 p.m. We were not overly hungry, so we decided to make our meal on appetizers, salads and side dishes. What a winner! The corn beneigts (sp) were wonderful. The Washington Gouda Salad with brandied cherries & figs was equally excellent. The house made andouille sasuage made a tasty side dish. We appreciated our waiter's courteous & attentive service without being over solicitous. Each of our dining experiences at Sazerac have been above average and we like being able to eat lighter when we desire by ordering appetizers and side dishes. We'll return again soon and also want to try their breakfast sometime.

The Coastal Kitchen has, in our experience, always delivered the goods! It's a fun place, relaxed, and the food is great. We especially enjoy the changing menu.We have visted CK on an impulse and as a preferred restaurant and have never been disappointed. We have taken guests from all over the country, for lunch or dinner, and everyone -- even the pickiest eater -- has found wonderful something to eat.

Kolbeh is by far the best Persian restaurant in the city! The prices are reasonable and the restaurant has a wonderful ambience. Don't miss the belly dancing every Friday and Saturday night. This is one of my favorite restaurants in all of Seattle!

We enjoyed our first dining experience at Flying Fish after a matinee at the ACT. We found the menu items quite eclectic and a nice variety from which to choose. We sat on the balcony which was fun to see the activity of the kitchen from that viewpoint. Our waiter, Alan, gave his recommendation on two fish items, both which sounded delicious. Our selection was the Tarahiki (sp) which was absolutely wonderful. We also selected one dessert to share, which too was excellent. I will return soon to this fine cuisine.

The Flying Fish can take a flying leap. Starting with a hostess who abandons our group, the service was poor at best. Our server spent most of her time smoozing with her friends, only occassionally inconvenienced with stopping by our table. The menu advertises only organic or fresh ingredients, my vegetables looked like they were freezer burned out of a plastic bag.

A visit to this delightful restaurant is like taking a journey back in time. The setting is inside an old, but rather elegant, log cabin. You feel like you are visiting your great grandmother's dining room. The limited menu contains something for everyone, but their pan-fried chicken is the thing to order if you may never get the chance to return to try some of the other menu items. The chicken, along with real mashed potatoes, homemade gravy, cream of chicken soup and a vegetable du jour will definitely satisfy you. Alas, longtime owner, Ruth Nelson recently passed away, and it is not known what the fate of this historic West Seattle treasure might be.

Just keeps getting better all of the time. Seafood dishes shine, pasta the way it should be made, desserts...make room.

Had a great time. Food and service excellent. I had the prime rib and i have to say I have not had any better. Good food and drink prices. I highly recommend Barnabys as a great place to have a great meal.

The best chicken dinner anywhere. The prime rib melts in your mouth. The elegant atmosphere adds to the dining pleasure. Even with large parties, the staff is discreet and attentive.

This is the best restaurant in town. It is fun to sit at the counter and watch the chefs cook. The food is excellent also. i've never been disappointed in all the years we've been going there.

Rating are pretty good that is why we tried this place but i did not think that it was so exceptional. I would probably not go back on my own accord but wouldn't completely deny going there. Food was just okay, place is small you sit way too close to others and we were placed right next to the window (its actually a door) w/ an extreme draft. The one thing that was kool It completely lives up to its name.
